REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE

We carry out general maintenance including pre-painting inspections.
Our consultant will visit your property and give a report on maintenance required prior to your house being painted.
We will also work with your painters if they find any unknown items to repair of replace as soon as possible to allow the completion of your painting project.

Sash windows restored including sash weights exchanged to balance the window weight.



With a service from our company all these faults can be rectified.

  • Window will not stay open without support, weights to small for re-glazed sash.

  • Top sash painted shut – frozen

  • Bottom of top sash unpainted, access not available due to top being painted shut.

  • Both sashes are completely removed; we replace the LH & RH guides, exchange the weights for equal balance and fit new cords.
